Generally, encountering conflicts/disputes in Supply Chain (value chain/network) Management (SCM) are unavoidable/inevitable owing to the contractual complexities and empirical eventualities (including incidental contingencies) their efficient resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism (viz, Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiation) India is ubiquitous across all Industries/Sectors. The alternative dispute methods always preferred conventional Court-Litigation business world impregnated propitious proposition with ADR techniques. However, arbitration mediation most techniques for supply chain not only but also World. In India, Arbitration Conciliation Act, 1996 amendments 2015, 2019, 2021) has been enacted entrust necessary governing framework or of landscape including Chain.
